DR ZHUKOV (ZEKE) PERVAN
Chairman
Dr Pervan is a retired medical practitioner with 35 years experience in various capacities including general practice, clinical nutrition, aviation and military medicine and occupational health and safety. He has consulted to several university and government bodies in many areas and has conducted original research published in international journals.
In the past, Dr Pervan has served as a director of public companies involved in the fi elds of agriculture and industrial technology, namely Agforce Ltd and Innovative Coatings Ltd. Currently Dr Pervan is chairman of Uranium Oil and Gas Limited and executive chairman of Actinogen Limited, both ASX listed companies. He has been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 1991.
LESLIE JOHN FIELD
Managing Director
Les Field is an exploration geologist with over 25 years experience in all phases of exploration from grass roots exploration to project management. He has worked in Australia, South Africa, Botswana and Ghana in a number of capacities with employment including consulting senior geologist in major companies. He obtained an Master of Science in Ore Deposit Geology in 1995 after part-time study
at the University of Western Australia which included study trips to destinations in Western Australian and South Africa.
He has been involved in successful exploration leading to several discoveries in Western Australia and other Australian states with experience in coal, base metals and diamonds.
JOHN WATTS
Director
Mr John Watts is a geologist with more than 30 years experience in exploration and mining throughout Australasia, Africa and the Americas. For almost 20 years he was a Director of Mackay & Schnellmann, a leading worldwide geological and mining consultancy in Australia and has held senior positions in exploration and mining companies in Australia and Asia. He is currently a director of ASX listed Iron Mountain Mining Limited, Australian Exploration Field Services Pty Ltd and Fiddlers Creek Gold Mining Company Pty Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Certifi ed Practicing Geologist, a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Metals and Mining in the United Kingdom and a Chartered Engineer.
DAVID ALAN ZOHAR

David Zohar has undertaken undergraduate studies in Geology and post graduate studies in Accountancy and Commercial Law. He
has been active in the exploration industry for over 20 years. He has been a director and/or CEO of a number of exploration companies
and has also negotiated numerous agreements with various companies and other participants within the mining industry. He has been involved in the formation and/or listing on the ASX of several public mining companies and is currently a director of ASX listed Red River Resources Limited, Iron Mountain Mining Limited, Actinogen Limited and Uranium Oil and Gas Limited.
