DR ZHUKOV (ZEKE) PERVAN

Dr Pervan is a retired medical practitioner with 35 years experience in various capacities including general practice, clinical nutrition, aviation and military medicine and occupational health and safety. He has consulted to several university and government bodies in many areas and has conducted original research published in international journals.

In the past, Dr Pervan has served as a director of public companies involved in the fi elds of agriculture and industrial technology, namely Agforce Ltd and Innovative Coatings Ltd. Currently Dr Pervan is chairman of Uranium Oil and Gas Limited and executive chairman of Actinogen Limited, both ASX listed companies. He has been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 1991.

ROBERT SEBEK

Mr Sebek is a geologist with 19 years experience in the resources sector including exposure to import/export analysis and negotiations. He has held senior mining and exploration positions in Western Australia and Victoria as well as consulting roles in the fields of precious metals refining and tenement management within all states in Australia. Prior to his appointment, Mr Sebek was employed as an analyst with Commonwealth Bank Australia providing technical input on global and domestic mining and exploration projects covering both metals and minerals.

DAVID ALAN ZOHAR

David Zohar has undertaken undergraduate studies in Geology and post graduate studies in Accountancy and Commercial Law. He

has been active in the exploration industry for over 20 years. He has been a director and/or CEO of a number of exploration companies

and has also negotiated numerous agreements with various companies and other participants within the mining industry. He has been involved in the formation and/or listing on the ASX of several public mining companies and is currently a director of ASX listed Red River Resources Limited, Iron Mountain Mining Limited, Actinogen Limited and Uranium Oil and Gas Limited.

MR SURAJ SANGHANI

Mr Sanghani is a chartered accountant with over 5 years of experience in the auditing and accounting profession and in commerce. This includes roles with Ernst & Young, as well as roles with a number of ASX listed exploration companies operating domestically and internationally. Mr Sanghani has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with Chartered Secretaries Australia.
